Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulation, where a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor independent professional activities:
A. CANCELLATION POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MoroMou, twenty5 GmbH, Kinskygasse 36, 1230 Vienna, Austria, Tel.: 01 920 6775, Email: info@moromou.at) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees due to this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We bear the cost of returning goods that, due to their nature, can normally be returned to us by post. You bear the direct cost of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned to us by post (freight items), which is estimated at a maximum of about 50 euros for each such item. Shipping costs incurred for the original order will not be refunded in the case of returns.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
EXCLUSION OR PREMATURE EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal was removed after delivery.
