DELIVERY TIMES

Unless otherwise specified on the product pages, the delivery time within the country is 1-3 days.

If the delivery time deviates from the 1-3 days, the respective delivery time will be indicated on the product page.

  • Rest of EU & Switzerland: 3-5 days

 

NOTE

If you order several items with different delivery times as part of a single order, we will ship the goods in one package unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment will be the one that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

 

INFORMATION ON CALCULATING THE DELIVERY DATE

The delivery period begins the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution for payments by advance payment, or the day after the contract is concluded for other payment methods, and ends on the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized at the delivery location, then the next working day will be considered instead.
