KEY NOTES
parsnips are naturally low in fat, making them an excellent option for diets and weight reduction. Interestingly, parsnips were cultivated by the Romans and Germanic tribes. However, they were gradually replaced by potatoes and carrots in the 18th century. Today, they are rightfully experiencing a resurgence in the kitchen.

PERRO deliberately did not add extra vitamins and minerals to preserve the selective nature of this product. Note: 26g of dried flakes roughly correspond to about 100g of fresh product. For optimal digestibility, the flakes can be additionally pureed after soaking.
